General Information

SARONI is an organisation which accompanies and guides you with the purchase and management of your Spanisch real estate. SARONI is also a Service agency which provides the management of your home, for you as a home owner; we are based in the south-east of Spain, espescially in Costa Calida and Costa Almeria. The real estate we manage, exsists mainly of holiday homes. Also commercial real estate and nursery homes are cared for by us. The management of SARONI is done by a dutch Facility Manager with a lot of experience in project development and management of real estate. We emphasise that we are not a real estate agent and therefore can provide you with an independent advice regarding the property you are looking for or you are intersted in. Not only in the first phase of the purchase but also in the after sale period.

Saroni es una gestora independiente y le ofrece información totalmente objetiva con respecto al área y localización de la propiedad en la que usted esté interesado. También le acompaña y aconseja antes y después de la venta de su propiedad en España. Es más, se asegura de que su inversión se adecue a lo que usted esperaba de ella y que continúe así para su uso y disfrute el mayor tiempo posible.

Por otro lado, durante su ausencia, tramita el que nada pueda ocurrirle a su nueva propiedad como puedan ser daños climatológicos, robo, agua o fuego. Incluso pudiera ocurrir que durante su estancia en ella sufriera algún tipo de contratiempo que le causara malestar y pérdida de tiempo. Saroni puede gestionar también este mantenimiento junto con otras tramitaciones y evitarle a usted la resolución de los mismos.
Un ejemplo a tener en cuenta es el de muchas casas de vacaciones que disponen de piscina privada. El mal mantenimiento del agua puede causar muchos problemas sanitarios y la claridad del agua no es una garantía de salud. Sólo la comprobación de los niveles de Ph y cloro no es suficiente. Saroni le proporciona su servicio de mantenimiento de su piscina mas allá de solamente un agua transparente. Le aconsejamos y guiamos sobre los diferentes tipos de piscina de fácil mantenimiento, y le prestamos estos servicios siempre según su criterio de elección.

A lot of house or appartment owners decide to rent out their holiday home. SARONI can advise and accompany you renting out your holiday home and even provides the possibilty to do the complete rental service for you. The vison of SARONI is that your holiday home will be used by the renters in the way you as the house owner would use and enjoy it. This must keep the property in the condition you expect it. SARONI accompanies and advices you in the possibilities of commerciel rental of your holiday home and is responsible to check if all made agreements are carried out. Therefore you can rent out your property without any problems or worries.
